Lex Jansen's site is an excellent one, both in general to learn about what a typical presentation looks like and to research your particular topic:

www.lexjansen.com

2009 SUGI(Global Forum) papers are here:

http://www.lexjansen.com/cgi-bin/xsl_transform.php?x=sgf2009&s=sugi&c=sugi

This one is not on your subject, but gives you an idea of how to write an enjoyable presentation (Mikkee's you might be an energy hog...) http://support.sas.com/resources/papers/proceedings09/041-2009.pdf
