Ben

Check out the extensive SPSS tutorials (all syntax-based) on my website and also the list of textbooks and on-line Introductions and tutorials for SPSS. If you can get hold of a copy of any of the Marija Norusis Guide to Data Analysis series (1987 - 1990) they're marvellous: Jacqueline Collier's new book is the only one to deal seriously with syntax, but it presumes previous exposure to the GUI menus.

Hi Guys

Can someone recommend a book for a beginner t learn SPSS syntax? I attended a day course recently, and it's really something I want to be able to do.
