Phil,
I don't think Tiobe's survey has much to do with the observation I
mentioned. If Lisp/Scheme hadn't been separated into two groups, SAS
would still be in the top 20 (it was 21).
Plus, I agree with Sigurd, that the movement of Ada and RPG doesn't make a
lot of sense.
Finally, while I haven't re-analyzed list postings since then, they
definitely appear to have significantly picked up.
