Seminar Description:
Are you managing life as a graduate student or is graduate student life managing you? Many unique pressures challenge graduate students to live a healthy and balanced life. Rigorous academic requirements, constant evaluation, job uncertainty, and time for a personal life can be difficult. This workshop is designed with you in mind! Drawing from a model of health and wellness tailored specifically for graduate students, attendees will learn about self-care techniques, essential skills for managing school, helpful campus and community resources, and ways to ensure life outside of graduate school does not disappear.
