You can develop an app in C#, VB, C++, etc app that uses Outlook Object Model
http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms268893(VS.80).aspx
and then invoke the app using the X statement.
An alternative, and perhaps less desirable, is to write an Outlook
macro in VB to process messages and attachments. The macro can be
invoked from SAS using the X or similar statement. For example
%sysexec Outlook.exe /autostart MyMacro
You will likely need to adjust security settings or policies to accomplish this.
