Subject: Name Pronunciation for December Commencement
Dear Graduating Students,
Please do not use the reply function for responding to this message. If you are participating in the commencement ceremony on December 17 and people tend to have difficulty pronouncing your name correctly, please send a phonetic spelling to Enrolled Student Services at firstname.lastname@example.org<mailto:email@example.com>. Please write it in a way that it can be written above your name on the name card for the reader on the stage (can’t be a sentence, she’ll have to be able to pick it up quickly).
Thank you and congratulations!
