Content-Type: multipart/alternative;

Dear Graduate Students,

The request for name pronunciation is ONLY for those graduating with a GRADUATE degree (master's, education specialist, or doctorate) on December 17. Graduate degree candidates who want to send a name pronunciation, please do so by 5:00 tomorrow (Tuesday) to gradinfo@uga.edu. Please do not send if you are graduating with your undergraduate degree. Undergraduate names are not called unless you are a first honor graduate and that is managed by the Registrar's Office and not by the Graduate School. Remember that this account does not accept replies.

Thank you!

Dear Graduating Students,

Please do not use the reply function for responding to this message. If you are participating in the commencement ceremony on December 17 and people tend to have difficulty pronouncing your name correctly, please send a phonetic spelling to Enrolled Student Services at gradinfo@uga.edu<mailto:gradinfo@uga.edu>. Please write it in a way that it can be written above your name on the name card for the reader on the stage (can’t be a sentence, she’ll have to be able to pick it up quickly).

Thank you and congratulations!
