Nat,

I still have SAS 9.1.3 and I do not see the functionality you mention to search only in Base SAS documentation with the SEARCH tab in the SAS documentation that comes on my PC.

TJ

I stopped using the pc files quite a while ago and switched to the on-line files. The link to the Base SAS documentation for 9.2 (HTML version) is

http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/proc/61895/HTML/default/view er.h tm#titlepage.htm

The 9.2 docs are done differently than the 9.1.3 version that I mentioned but if you go to this link, you will find a search box that searches only the BASE docs.

Nat

"C:\Program Files\SAS\SASFoundation\9.2\core\help\common.chm"

I am using the help files installed on my PC(see above): I can see 4 tabs "contents", "index", "search" and "favorites". Under "contents" I can navigate to different SAS products. Under "search", I don't see an option as you mentioned.

Thanks,

-TJ
