Date: March 2, 2011 Time: 3:30pm to 4:30pm Location: Miller Learning Center, Room 350 Register to attend: http://www.surveymk.com/s/gs030211

Seminar Description: How often do you wish for more hours in the day, increased efficency in your work style, reduced feelings of being overwhelmed, and perfection in your finished papers, projects, research and test preparations? This workshop is designed for you! Tame these 2 shrews by (1) assessing "good" vs. "bad" perfectionism and procrastination, (2) understanding your work approach and style, (3) uncovering expectations that are vulnerable to perfectionistic tendencies and procrastination, and (4) meeting personal and professional needs that can help prevent chronic perfectionism and procrastination.
