Dear Graduate Students,

You may not be aware that the Graduate School at 320 E. Clayton Street, Suite 400, in downtown Athens is a donation site for used cell phones and equipment for the Verizon HopeLine Program.

HopeLineŽ collects no-longer-used wireless phones, batteries and accessories in any condition from any wireless service provider. The phones are then refurbished or recycled in an environmentally sound way. Refurbished phones, complete with 3,000 minutes of wireless service, are provided to local domestic violence organizations or local government and law enforcement agencies for use with their domestic violence clients.

Please feel free to stop by to donate a used phone, batteries or charger using the drop box in our front lobby. Thank you for your help!
