The enrollment/waiver period for the mandatory student health insurance plans for *summer-only* coverage is now through June 7, 2011.

Summer-only coverage is May 1 through July 31, 2011. If you are required to have health insurance, please be sure you either enroll or submit a waiver by June 7, 2011.  To read more about who is required to have health insurance, visit: http://www.hr.uga.edu/benefits/stuins/stuins.html

To enroll or submit a waiver by the June 7 deadline, visit the Pearce & Pearce Web site: https://www.pearceandpearce.com//PearceSite/Schools/GA/uga/Default.asp

Students who were enrolled or submitted a waiver for the spring/summer 2011 coverage period do NOT need to enroll or submit a waiver again for summer-only coverage. (Enrollment and waivers for spring/summer 2011 cover the period of January 1 through July 31, 2011.) Students can access their Pearce & Pearce accounts to confirm the ending date of their current coverage.

Employees in the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) may disregard this message.
