Subject: Dove question
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1
Have two doves in my yard this morning. One is clearly a Mourning
Dove. The second is grayist (top of the head is almost blue-gray)
with Mourning Dove markings on the wings but no white edge. It has a
squarish tail with the last, maybe, inch or so white. How common are
crosses between Mourning and White-wing Doves?
