Subject: For the Excelxp experts out there

Ive been using the Excelxp tagset more and more lately. The one issue Ive been having is with the absolute_column_width option. I spend way too much time trying to figure out what the values for each column should be. Is there a formula that can be used to determine what the values should be based upon the size of the font being used? Has anyone come up with any tricks for deriving these values? Thanks in advance for your help.
