Subject: Re: SPSS on PowerPC 603e chip

I am running thepowermac version of SPSS on my Performa 6200CD (603) processor and so far have had only minor problems ( a few freeze ups). I had originally purchased the non-power PC version which wouldn't run, but SPSS kindly UPSd the updated version to me. If you get something with the 603 chip you might want to get 16mgs RAM as I have to use virtual memory which is a pain because it has to be turned off to cruise the web. Now if I can only figure out how to enter my data. . .
