Subject: Help window problems
We have a system running OS/2 2.1 and are having problems with
SAS 6.10 HELP windows. The problem is that clicking
on highlighted test does not always bring up the next window.
However, when we minimize the HELP window and then bring it back to
the foreground, the next window appears.
For example, say I double click on MEANS on the HELP index page.
Sometimes I will get the next window with a brief description of
PROC MEANS and the Introduction and Syntax pointers. However,
sometimes we must minimize the window and then double click on
its icon in order to get to the Intro/Syntax page.
Other info:
We have recently upgraded from SAS 6.08 on this system. We did not
experience this problem with SAS 6.08.
Also, we have many computers running OS/2 Warp and SAS 6.10, none of
which have shown this problem.
Any suggestions? Has anyone else experienced this?
