Subject:      FTPing SAS programs from IBM mainframe

Hi everyone-
 
I'm trying to use FTP to get some SAS programs off
of an IBM/CMS mainframe. Through telnet I have used
the access command to get to the files but I don't
know how to move around this system via FTP.
 
The command through telnet would be "access 191 a".
 
How would I go about getting files located there
via FTP?
