This depends on what procedure and what you want to save. There are a number of procedures that will save correlation matrices, but only NLR/CNLR will save regression coefficients at the present time, if you're running a release prior to 7.0. GLM (General Linear Model) in 7.0 will save the model coefficients and their covariance or correlation matrix (see the OUTFILE subcommand in the syntax section). The MATRIX procedure can be programmed to do pretty much any analysis, and you can save things from there.
