Maybe it was a bad hair day. I've had excellent service since I first inquired about spss. They faxed info in minutes,mailed addittional promptly. Questions have been answered quickly and accurately and I've even recieved follow-up calls to insure my satisfaction. I'd give them another chance, I believe you will be glad you did. L.A. ROMSA
