Subject:      SPSS scoring algorithm for SF-36

I am looking for SPSS program code for scoring a health status measure called
the SF-36.  It is a commonly used measure of several domains of physical and
mental health.  It is in the public domain so this is not a end-run around
the copyright laws!  Thanks in advance.
