Update for SAS-L:
For those with the 'backwards printing' problem, I now understand that it
*is* a bug in 6.11 TS020 (Wave 1) that has been fixed in Wave 2 - due out
in 3 to 4 weeks...

and they'll describe the benefits of this *new* feature, as well as the
unusual workaround :-}
