Does this type of access to a SAS application raise any liscensing issues? Has SAS Institute said anything about SAS being used in this way? We have a number of SAS programs our users run on the mainframe. I'd like to port them down to a PC platform but licensing costs would be prohibitive (one license for every possible user in the universe which then expires after 12 months).
