Subject:      SEUGI: HP loan

In my previous summary of SEUGI I stated that HP gave SEUGI 2 million
dollars worth of equipment. This was my understanding from the
closing ceremony announcement.
 
However, I have been corrected (yet again) that they actually LOANED
SEUGI 2 million dollars worth of equipment. Still a pretty nice
thing to do.
