Subject: Getting system time accurate to within a 100th of a second

I have a program that tests the speed of certain procedures. To get the time difference, I use the time() function. This unfortunately only returns time in seconds and is therefore not suitable to my needs. How does one get the time accurate to within a 100th of a second?

Thank you for any help

Inus van Sandwyk
