Subject:      Automated digest processor??

Beginning this morning, I began receiving what seems to be a
digest of all the postings for the day (instead of the usual battery
of individual emails).  Nice idea, but unfortunately it is much more
cumbersome to page through.  In fact, I think I hate it!
 
Does anyone out there know why I am receiving the postings in this
automated digest processor format, and  more importantly how I can
revert back to the old process of receiving individual postings?
