Martin, Check the version compatibility of SPSS and LISREL. You need to have the SPSS 6.1 Lisrel7 diskette. I know this can be confusing. I have seen this only a few times where the versions are compatible. A simple reinstallation of LISREL corrects the problem. Please feel free to contact me directly if this does not help.
