Subject: Implicit Intercept fitted when specify noint in GLM?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII

Hi,

I fitted a model using GLM and the noint option was specified. I got this message back from SAS NOTE:

"NOTE:Due to the presence of CLASS variables, an intercept is implicitly fitted. R-Square has been corrected for the mean."

What does this mean? Does the noint option really work for this case when SAS fits an implicit intercept to the model?

Thanks.

Joe
