Allen, The U.S. Census Bureau has a file containing zipcodes with their corresponding city, county, and state identifiers, as well as longitude and latitude. Point your web browser to

http://tiger.census.gov/places.html or anonymous FTP to www.census.gov/pub/tiger/tms/gazetteer.

and look for "zip.zip", "zip.gz", or "zip.txt" (depending on what format you would like. There is a codebook of sorts at the web address.
