Subject: SAS/SHARE - Userid's from a PC
Content-Type: text/plain

I am in the process of evaluating SAS/SHARE. One problem I have is that when you use SAS/SHARE from a pc and you do a PROC OPERATE DISPLAY USER _ALL_ ,the userid's are display as such: TIN1.000137. (If the users uses SAS/SHARE from UNIX with the UNIX id the UNIX id will be displayed) This creates a problem in the fact that I do then not know who the user is that is using SAS/SHARE if the user connects from a PC. Can anyone shed some light on this and of a way to work around this.

regards
