You won't find a copy of SAS that you can download from the Web.  SAS
Institute will require an anual licence fee for EVERY copy in use.  Since
your girlfriend is in University she may be able to acquire an academic
licence through her school.  She should check it out with people there.  If
that fails, the local office of SAS in Portugal is
