If you want text output, from the Output Navigator window:
Click on File
Click on Export
 
You have the choice of text or HTML for documents, and JPEG, WMF, BMP,
EPS, CGM, PICT, etc. files for graphics.  Likewise, you can choose to
export documents, charts, or both.
