Subject:   SAS/UNIX Tips

SAS-L'ers, After spending 16 years using SAS on MVS, CMS and Windows (3.1, NT, 95), I am now getting the chance to run SAS on UNIX (HP and SUN). I am looking for some useful tips on setting up my SAS session, i.e. CONFIG.SAS or AUTOEXEC.SAS settings/options which I need to be knowledgeable about, or which may cause me problems. This shop does not have a lot of SAS/UNIX expertise and the SAS manuals do not provide the pros/cons of various techniques.
