Subject: help needed

Hello. My name is Tzachi and I'm a Doctoral student in Psychology in the Hebrew University in Jerusalem. I m trying to help a friend who is doing a qualitative research. She has for each subject a 4X5 frequency table (s) (and other MXN tables). Now she wants to combine few subjects together and calculate the average Percent, Row Pct and Col Pct of a certain table. I thought of running PROC FREQ and putting the statistics (Percent, Row Pct and Col Pct) to an output dataset for each subject, then combining the datasets and finally averaging (with PROC MEANS) across the subjects (with class a b for averaging separately for each cell) . The problem is that PROC FREQ puts only the freq s and the general percent of each cell in the OUT= dataset and not the Row Pct and Col Pct. Can anyone think of a way to help me and her?. Thanks in advance. Tzachi and Irit
