There is a preference to be set, indicating that you want the commands
being sent to the output window alongside the results. Choose
edit/preferences in you menu, then go to output preferences and follow
the instructions.
Besides, you can paste your menu options into a syntax window, where you
may want to edit the syntax manually, and save that window as a file for
future use or reference.
