Subject: Literature on Applied Multiple Regression Analysis?
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=iso-8859-1
I am working on a study which requires the use of multiple regression
analysis (MRA). Some basic literature on this subject seems to be
e.g.:
* Cohen, J./Cohen, P. (1975): "Applied Multiple Regression/Correlation
Analysis for the Behavioral Sciences", Hillsdale, New Jersey:
Lawrence Erlbaum Associates.
* James, L.R./ Brett, J.M. (1984): Mediators, Moderatos, and Tests
for Mediation , in: Journal of Applied Psychology, 69, Issue 2, pp.
307-321.
* Stone-Romero, E.F./ Anderson, L.E. (1994): Relative Power of
Moderated Multiple Regression and the Comparison of Subgroup
Correlation Coefficients for Detecting Moderating Effects , in:
Journal of Applied Psychology, 79, Issue 3, pp. 354-359.
Unfortunately, the literature cited above is either pretty technical
or theoretical. I am looking some good sources on MRA, which
preferably also include some practical hints for the usage of this
statistical method in SPSS.
Thanks for your kind help.
