By native SAF calls, I mean let CICS call the ACF2 ESM using its native
interface as it would if you were talking to something like RACF.  (i.e.
don't run ACFAESIP in your PLTPI and let CICS interface directly with the
ACF2/MVS base product using SAF RACROUTE calls)   This would mean the
RACROUTE commands that CICS would normally issue depending on the state of
your X... parameters in the sit.
