Position Available at the Mt Sinai Medical Center Survey Research Center in NYC

SAS Programmer/Analyst Position: SAS Programmer/Analyst: Candidate must be proficient with all aspects of SAS on both pcs and mainframes, and should have experience with complex manipulation and statistical analysis of large scale financial, administrative and clinical health care data sets. Experience with manipulation and validation of primary data collected from multiple sites and medical record abstraction is also essential. Ability to utilize a suite of database, graphic, and spreadsheet software, such as Microsoft Office is required. A working knowledge of DRG, ICD-9, CPT-4 coded, as well as Health Services Research/Quantitative methods is a plus. A bachelors is required, masters in public health, statistics or related discipline is preferred. Salary range $45,000-$52,000.
