I stared at the numbers last night and I decided that they are not RT90.
The north-south numbers looked reasonable, but east-west was off for
the one county I looked at. It could be a transverse mercator projection
with the 'start' meridian different from RT90, but I figure that SOMEONE
out there must know (where did these numbers come from???).
