Subject:      PSS Production Facility Error. Help me!

I have just installed PSS 7.51 (Win US version) into the directory D:\PSS.
PSS for Win 7.5 runs very well.
Every thing in PSS Production Facility also runs well too (in default
status),
except its ''Option'' in Edit Menu. Whenever I try to open ''Option'',
there is always
this error message:
              Run-time error '31037'
          Error loading from file.
Click OK, then PSS Production Facility is terminated.
