Thank you Howard.  You were absolutely correct.  There was a "problem" with
our URL/site.  One of the parts of the system is UNIX based and we were
getting burned by case-sensitivity.  We just fixed it and re-directed
all-cap URLs to the original mixed case URL so now it should work (all
lower case was previously re-directed so that should work also).
 
Sorry for the inconvenience, and once again, hope to see many of you
(certainly including our Canadian neighbors) in Pittsburgh.
