A few more of my cents into this discussion . . .
Just a guess but it is probably not as simple as adding just a few DLL's
since what I hear is that IE4 makes fairly heavy changes to Win 95.
Registry, new dirs, and whatever. At some point it is just probably
easier to just use the IE4 install rather that roll your own. If you
use the IE4 install at least you are consistent, even if it is
consistently bad. And you get some sort of change control, albeit by
Windows methods.
