There is a macro for use with SPSS 6.1.x for carrying out post-hocs on
repeated measures, but it's not necessary. Just carry out a series of
paired-samples t-tests on the variables that were involved in the initial
analysis, making sure that you evaluate each comparison against an
alpha-level adjusted using a Bonferonni-type procedure. Note that if you
are going to do this, there is no compelling reason to carry out the
overall ANOVA in the first instance.
