There are a number of publications from SAS Inst. written by users which will help in learning how to program using the SAS language. If you desire to learn statistics I would reccomend starting with a basic statistics course. A good first book in statistics is An Introduction to Statistics by Mendenhall. Its an old book but covers the basics.
