Subject: (MVS): Literature on Data Quality Issues
Dear SAS-L,
A colleague of mine is making a concerted effort to have
some of the messy data that we input to our data warehouse,
from "legacy systems", cleaned up. In doing his homework
for the upcoming discussions with the other programming
groups, he would like to have printed reference material.
Can anybody recommend a good paper, article, book, etc.
that discusses data quality issues and strategies?
Thank you, in advance, for your time and suggestions!
I hope that this question proves helpful now, and in the
future!
Of course, all of these opinions and insights are my own,
and do not reflect those of my organization or my
associates.
