I'm interested in making comparisions between moms and dads of their parenting
characteristics. I have six scales (e.g. harsh, permisive, lax, etc.). I'd
like to perform a MANOVA profile analysis, but the six scales are not exactly
on the same scale (as can be seen in the output of means, min, max below). Do
I need to standardize these scores in order to run the profile analysis, or is
there other suggestions I might try?
