The betas in the MCA table in ANOVA are idiosyncratic things that you won't find in most programs.

Hi,

I would like to know the relative contribution of each factor in an Anova with 2 factors and two covariates. With the factor summary of the multiple classification table, I have a beta ( adjusted for Factors and Covariates) of .057 for the first factor and a beta of .161 for the se- cond factor. I've tried the same analysis using Regression but just could'nt find the same beta. Is there a simple explanation?

Thanks
