Subject:      6.09 vs 6.06

Does anyone know if version 6.09 handles FBA files differently than version
6.06?
 
We have a program that reads in a report file (RECFM=FBA).  Under 6.06 there
is no problem, however when we run it under 6.09 the file is not read
correctly, so we had to shift the layout by one byte to get it to work.
