Subject: printing postscript plots

I am running a series of gplots appended into a single output file with an output device of psll.

The sas is 6.12 on a sun ultra 5.

I would like to print these on an HP 6MP with 4 plots/page.

I am using the mpage utility.

I can use mpage to print text files 4 pages per sheet of paper. I can use the lp command to print postscript plots, 1 per page. But I can't get 4 postscript plots per page.

It looks as though SAS might not be putting on 'standard Adobe front end info'.

Is that possible?

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?

TIA

Margaret Menache
