Yes, I totally agree with Mr. Timothy Ross about the excellency of SPSS's
technical support. I'm particularly thankful to Mr. David Nichols for
his prompt answers to my two questions. Honestly I did not expect that he
would be so quick and thorough.
I'm not comparing SPSS with SAS or any other statistical programs.
