There's no way to instruct the T-TEST procedure (or any of the other procedures capable of doing t-tests) to use trimmed means. You'd have to do the trimming yourself.

In running a t-test in SPSS on a dataset, is it possible to use a trimmed mean? AND, if so, how do I accomplish this feat?

I have only just subscribed to the list, so it may be more efficacious to respond to me personally as it may take a while for the soft ware to kick in and ppl may be bored w/ the question.

Thanks.
