Subject:      spss templates mac and pc

Hi,
 
Is there anyway of transferring SPSS 6.1 templates from SPSS for
windows to SPSS for the Macintosh?
The templates for the PC version are stored in the file SPSS.TPL and
the Macintosh version are stored in the folder Variables Template
which is stored in the folder System Folder: Preferences: SPSS.
 
I know it is possible to transfer SPSS 6.1 for windows files into
SPSS 6.1 for the macintosh via saving the file as a tab-delimited
file and then using TextToMac on a macintosh and PC exchange to
convert the data to mac format and opening the file as Tab-Delimited.
